• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from our platform

4. User Accounts

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

5.1 Professional Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to verify professional credentials, we do NOT guarantee:

• Current licensing status or good standing
• Professional competence or expertise

• Insurance coverage or bonding

Users must independently verify professional credentials before engaging services.

5.2 Independent Relationships

All relationships between users and professionals are independent. Professionals are NOT:

• Employees, agents, or representatives of EUGateway.gr
• Authorized to make commitments on our behalf
• Acting under our supervision or control

6.1 No Professional Advice

6.2 Content Accuracy

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information
• Suitability of information for your specific situation
• Compliance of information with current laws and regulations
• Correctness of user-generated content or professional listings

Golden Visa laws, requirements, and procedures change frequently. Always verify current requirements with official government sources and qualified professionals.

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or professionals
• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization
• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing

7.2 Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting due diligence on professionals before engaging services
• Verifying all information independently
• Reading and understanding contracts with third parties
• Ensuring compliance with your home country's laws
• Obtaining independent legal and financial advice
• Protecting your personal and financial information

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Platform Fees

EUGateway.gr may charge fees for:

• Premium membership features (if applicable)
• KYC/OFAC verification services
• Professional connection facilitation
• Other value-added services

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2 Third-Party Fees

Fees charged by third-party professionals are separate and independent from platform fees. We are NOT responsible for:

• Fee disputes between users and professionals
• Refunds for professional services
• Payment processing issues with third parties
• Hidden fees or additional charges

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software) are owned by EUGateway.gr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display platform content
• Create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

9.3 User Content

By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and promoting our services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

11.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING:

• Approval of Golden Visa applications
• Investment returns or property values
• Professional service quality or outcomes
• Timelines for visa processing or approvals
• Suitability of any program for your circumstances

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUGATEWAY.GR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages arising from third-party actions or omissions
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Damages from platform errors, bugs, or downtime
• Damages from reliance on platform information
• Damages from denied visa applications or failed investments

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11.4 Third-Party Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Actions, errors, or omissions of third-party professionals
• Quality, accuracy, or legality of third-party services
• Fraud, misconduct, or malpractice by professionals
• Disputes between users and professionals
• Breach of contracts by third parties

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EUGateway.gr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your content or information provided
• Your interactions with third-party professionals
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

13.3 Arbitration (Optional)

Before filing a lawsuit, parties may agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with Greek arbitration law.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, fires)
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or changes in law
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Cyberattacks or security breaches

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon:

• Posting the updated Terms on the platform
• Sending email notification (for material changes)
• Displaying prominent notice on the website

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the platform immediately.

16. Termination

16.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@eugateway.gr. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

16.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Risk to platform security or other users
• Extended inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will cease immediately
• All licenses granted to you will terminate
• Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive
• No refunds will be provided for fees already paid

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EUGateway.gr and supersede all prior agreements.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.

17.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and EUGateway.gr.

17.6 Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.
